Jeffrey is now the first person in the UK to have the Klavier Roller system.  Developed in France by Bernard and Pascal Wintz the system allows the complete safe moving of a concert grand piano by just one man!  Click for more information

Jeffrey Shackell provides concert grands throughout the country for recitals, chamber music and orchestral concerts

Here you can catch up with concerts where Jeffrey will be providing a Steinway, find out about the programme details, artists and even about the concert hall its self.  Locally you have two wonderful chances to experience the complete Beethoven Piano Sonatas and the complete Mozart Piano Concerti, all in the famous Sheldonian Theatre in Broad Street, Oxford.

EPTA UK Ayako Uehara Gives Recital at the EPTA Conference

Recently Jeffrey Shackell was contracted by Yamaha Kemble to tune and prepare a Yamaha CF111S concert grand at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester where Ayako Uehara gave a recital at the EPTA conference (see photo).

Miss Uehara became the focus of International attention in 2002 when she was the first prize winner at the 12th International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow.

Ayako became the first Japanese artist and the first woman to win at this prestigious event.  Following the recital in the Haden Freeman Concert Hall, Jeffrey removed the 9' 0" concert grand using the Klavier Roller returning it to the Yamaha UK base at Milton Keynes.
